Chan Zuckerberg Initiative 2022 award

We have recently received a prestigious grant funded by the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative for essential open source software for Science (Cycle 5), together with Prof. Gavin Huttley (PI).

The project is entitled cogent3 Python APIs for IQ-TREE and GraphBin via a Plug-In Architecture PROJECT: To enhance metagenomic analysis by integrating cogent3, GraphBin and IQ-TREE to support innovative genomic technologies for monitoring the impact of viral and bacterial diversity on human health.
