Huge congrats to Manyuan Zeng for obtaining 90 (an upper HD grade) for her Master’s thesis, entitled “SimTeller: Improving the Realism of Simulated DNA Alignments and Machine Learning Detection for Simulated Alignments”. Only 3 out of 53 theses in Computing are rated in this upper-HD range. Mandy is now nominated for the University Medal!
